BALTIMORE, MARYLAND / 2006

FORMALLY OWNED BY BALTIMORE GAS & ELECTRIC, Westport Power Plant was constructed in 1906. Upon completion, at that time it was the largest reinforced concrete building in the world. This massive, coal-generating structure lent its eerie quality to the 1995 film, 12 Monkeys. The plant has since been demolished, yet I recall all sights and scents of this relic!

THE TECHNIQUE
